Here are a few things to consider ahead of time to make sure everyone can connect on those special days. Zoom is a great option for video conferencing this holiday season's family gatherings.
Zoom's Basic personal meeting allows up to 100 participants. For most families, 100 participants are more than enough, however, if you need to host more than 100 family and friends, Zoom has tiered options that come at a cost, but will allow more people to join your holiday virtual celebrations.
Another option to use instead of Zoom is Google Meet. The main difference with Google is everyone has to have a Google account to join the Meet. Google Meet also has a limit of 100 participants with their "FREE" version and can extend to more for a cost.
If you don't want to be huddled around your computer while enjoying your virtual holiday party, you can cast your virtual hangout on your big screen television. There are several options on how to do this. Here are a couple of examples:
