If you select an in-person session, you have two options. The first one is that you can come to our groovy office! We’d be excited to have you over. And that means your trainer will meet you there, and you can bring the devices that you’re struggling with. You can have an educational, informative session over a cup of coffee where you can get your questions answered and issues with your devices fixed. The one-on-one technology help you’ll get is always patient and professional.
If you’d rather have a trainer come to you, you can get personal technology coaching in the comfort of your own home. If you’re located in our service areas, we can send a trainer out to you! Our trainers are bonded and insured, and they are the most courteous house guests you’ll ever have. You’ll be waiting to have them over again!
If you’d like same-day scheduling or would like to meet in a different way, we also have remote sessions! Our trainers can provide personal tech support over the phone, by walking you through your issues. But you might prefer a different method, one that doesn’t rely on you describing what you’re seeing. We also can, with your permission, remotely access your device! This makes the process seamless and mimics the close interaction of an in-home session.
